This is a time for all of us to action. The whole planet has to come to terms with the fact that humans do create climate change. I have lived in Sydney most of my life and since the sixties we have had smog (air pollution) caused by industry and vehicles. Your only have to see from space at night all the lighting across all the continents to see how much humans influence our planet.

My goal over the next 18 months is to walk and cycle for change and to be part of moving toward sustainable futures.

Come with me on a journey from Melbourne to Brisbane to promote sustainability. I will be work-shopping my way through ever town and city along the way. I will be talking to business and people on ways we can best take ownership and define what action we can take to find the appropriate solutions.

Action starts at a local level where people live their lives and have the personal connection to be involved in creating change because it benefits them.

How can you make a difference - join my journey of making a difference

The journey of the rest of my life is about having people realise their own potential and empowering them to take action, to make a difference. To make a difference in their own life's first then pass the baton on to others.

The next year will bring people together from communities across the east coast of Australia to talk about how we can find the ways of becoming sustainable. This is about finding positive solutions to what faces us and to define the futures we wish to live. It is not about making it easy it is about making the impossible become possible, it is about creating a vision for the future that we can all be part of, it is about creating change.

The future can be defined by what limits us or that without limitations it is a choice.

Make a choice to be part of moving toward sustainable futures.
